Committee of 1998

Something strange happened to our committee back in 1998.  Maybe they were hunkering up for the 1999 Eclipse year? Maybe there was something in the water? Or water on their brains? Blood ? Or too much fish paste? Scallops maybe? Photoshop? Fishshop? Or maybe just too much stress and indulgement?
